Chris Zheng, CEO of SpeedX, has acquired Accelerated Global Solutions (AGS), a logistics firm based in New York City, with the goal of establishing a $1 billion supply chain infrastructure within 18 months. The merger is projected to yield revenues exceeding $500 million in 2024, while SpeedX and AGS will continue as independent brands. Zheng will lead AGS, leveraging its customs brokerage and freight forwarding capabilities alongside SpeedX’s delivery expertise to enhance service offerings and drive growth, with plans for international expansion into Southeast Asia and Australia by 2025.
