Seafrigo, a leader in temperature-controlled logistics, has expanded into Latin America by opening two offices in Chile, including an operational hub at Santiago Airport. This move aims to address the increasing demand for cool-chain logistics in Chile’s significant perishables sector, which ranks highly in economic importance due to its fresh produce exports. Led by Denis Hidalgo, Seafrigo will provide services like documentation handling and inland trucking to maintain food safety. The company also manages various air freight exports and is poised for further expansion into Peru, enhancing its logistics capabilities in the region.
