Qatar Airways Cargo has become the first customer for Mammoth Freighters’ 777-200LRMF, securing an agreement for five aircraft with Jetran, LLC. Mark Drusch, Chief Officer Cargo, highlighted the importance of this addition to enhance their fleet and premium cargo services. The initial test flight of the 777-200LRMF prototype has successfully been completed, showcasing its advanced capabilities. Bill Tarpley, CEO of Mammoth, praised the collaboration behind this achievement, while Jordan Jaffe, Jetran’s CEO, expressed confidence in Mammoth’s engineering. Mammoth is also converting seven additional aircraft and has orders for 35 more freighter conversions.
