This new feature streamlines the booking process, reducing reliance on local staff and manual email exchanges. Currently, American Airlines Cargo and LATAM Cargo are utilizing this service, with plans to extend it to more partners soon. The digital lounge has seen significant engagement, with nearly 500,000 online bookings, reflecting its effectiveness in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
