ECS Group subsidiaries, Globe Air Cargo France and Nordic GSA in Denmark, have been appointed as Ground Service Suppliers for PLAY, an Icelandic low-cost carrier, across France, Denmark, and other European nations. They will enhance PLAY’s cargo operations using digital tools, supporting its fleet of A320neo and A321neo aircraft. Since its launch in June 2024, PLAY has expanded to 37 destinations in 18 countries. The partnership aims to develop a strong cargo network, leveraging local expertise and technology to maximize revenue and promote cargo opportunities on PLAY flights.
