Prospero Capital has obtained a controlling interest in Roadrunner, boosting the growth potential for the LTL carrier.

Roadrunner, a national less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping provider, has been acquired by Prospero Capital, led by Chris Jamroz and Ted Kellner, from Elliott Investment Management, which retains a minority stake. This acquisition follows significant operational improvements at Roadrunner, enhancing service levels and customer satisfaction. Jamroz noted that the new ownership will provide capital for strategic acquisitions and further enhancements. He assured customers that their contacts and service quality will remain unchanged, with potential for future improvements through continued investment.
