IAG's cargo revenue for Q3 2024 increased by 16%, with tonnage rising by 8%.

International Airlines Group (IAG) reported a 16% rise in cargo revenue for Q3 2024, totaling €304 million, compared to €263 million in Q3 2023. Tonnage sold increased 8% to 157,000 tonnes, with cargo tonne kilometres (CTKs) also up by 16% to 1.3 billion. However, cargo revenue per CTK fell slightly to 22.96 cents. For the first nine months of 2024, cargo revenue was stable at €870 million. Overall, IAG's total revenue for Q3 rose 8% to €9.3 billion, with a 17% profit increase to €1.4 billion, prompting a €350 million share buyback announcement.
