Lufthansa Cargo is strengthening its strategic partnerships in China, with CEO Ashwin Bhat recently signing agreements with Shanghai Airport Authorities, Air China Cargo, and China Postal Express & Logistics. These collaborations aim to enhance operational efficiencies and customer experiences while tapping into China's booming airfreight market, driven by e-commerce and cross-border trade. The memorandums of understanding (MoUs) seek to deepen cooperation, develop Shanghai Pudong Airport, and improve logistics services between China and Germany, reflecting a commitment to mutual growth in the air cargo industry.
