ATSG divests Omni Air to enhance its concentration on air cargo operations.

Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has decided to sell its passenger ACMI and charter subsidiary, Omni Air International, to OAI Holdings, LLC, as part of its strategy to focus on core air cargo and aviation services. This transaction allows ATSG to concentrate on air cargo transportation and related services. Omni, founded in 1993, specializes in passenger air transportation and charter services. The deal is expected to close in late 2026 or early 2027, pending regulatory approval. Financial terms were not disclosed.
