Kuehne+Nagel and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) have entered a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on battery logistics, transport electrification, and emissions reduction. Their initial focus will be on electrifying CATL transport flows in Europe and launching a battery-swapping pilot for heavy-duty trucks in China. The partnership will also explore battery recycling, aftersales support, and energy storage solutions, supporting both companies' sustainability goals. With the increasing demand for electric vehicles, this collaboration aims to enhance performance while reducing emissions in logistics.
