FedEx transports two pandas from China to Atlanta by air.

FedEx successfully transported two giant pandas, Ping Ping and Fu Shuang, from Chengdu, China, to Atlanta, Georgia, using a Boeing 777F known as the “FedEx Panda Express.” This relocation, coordinated with Zoo Atlanta, showcases FedEx's expertise in handling sensitive shipments. The company has a long history of collaborating with the Chinese government on panda transport and is covering the full cost of the shipment as part of its conservation efforts. Upon arrival, the pandas were placed in quarantine at Zoo Atlanta before their public debut.
