Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has strengthened its strategic presence in Belt and Road nations by signing two key aviation agreements at the Belt and Road Summit. One agreement, a Memorandum of Understanding with Turkey’s MNG Airlines, aims to enhance air cargo connectivity and operational excellence, emphasizing sustainable aviation and talent development. Additionally, HKIA Consultancy partnered with Harvest Epoch to modernize Uzbekistan’s Navoi International Airport, leveraging HKIA's expertise to improve the airport's operational capabilities. HKIA now connects to 78 airports in 41 Belt and Road countries.
