IAI successfully conducts the inaugural flight of the A330-300 cargo aircraft.

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has achieved a significant milestone with the successful maiden flight of its Airbus A330-300 converted passenger-to-freighter (P2F) aircraft, part of the A330-300BDSF program. Following extensive ground testing and structural modifications, this flight is crucial for the aircraft's certification. The A330-300BDSF is designed for regional cargo operations, capable of carrying 30 containers with a maximum payload of 61 tonnes. IAI aims to enhance its P2F capabilities and expand its global conversion facilities, leveraging over 45 years of experience in the field.
