UPS reshapes its global leadership structure.

Kate Gutmann, UPS's Executive Vice President and President of International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions, will retire after nearly 37 years with the company for personal reasons. She has been instrumental in enhancing UPS's healthcare logistics and navigating shifts in US trade policy while maintaining strong margins. CEO Carol Tome praised her leadership and announced that Wilfredo Ramos will succeed Gutmann. Additionally, UPS is restructuring to become a more global enterprise by standardizing processes while meeting regional needs. Nando Cesarone and Matt Guffey have been appointed to key leadership roles in this new model.
