The IAF is enhancing its relief efforts in Nepal by adding two additional aid flights.

India has intensified its humanitarian aid to Nepal amidst ongoing floods by dispatching additional relief flights from the Indian Air Force, delivering essential supplies and specialized teams for rescue operations. The latest flights brought a total of 21 tonnes of humanitarian assistance, including medical supplies, blankets, and equipment for difficult terrain rescues, as well as infrastructure support for building bridges. In total, India has airlifted 68.5 tonnes of aid to Kathmandu, demonstrating its commitment to assist Nepal in recovery efforts following devastating floods that began on August 26.
