The company, which manages over 20 million deliveries annually, is adapting by encouraging a shift from Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to enhance the consumer experience. The upcoming handling fee in 2026 may further complicate costs, prompting merchants to seek logistics providers that can navigate these regulatory changes effectively.
