WFS has obtained a cargo handling license at Oslo airport.

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a subsidiary of SATS, has received a cargo handling license for Oslo Airport, aimed at enhancing Norway’s trade capabilities. Avinor, the airport operator, believes that adding WFS as a third cargo handler will boost capacity and competition, reinforcing the airport’s status as a major air freight center in Northern Europe. This expansion is expected to improve the resilience of the cargo supply chain and support the growth of both Norwegian and international air freight, particularly benefiting the seafood export sector.
