HKIA and Qatar Airways Cargo enhance worldwide connectivity.

The Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Qatar Airways Cargo to enhance connectivity between Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and the airline's global cargo network. Currently, Qatar Airways Cargo operates about 56 weekly flights to HKIA and has moved its regional office to Hong Kong. The partnership aims to increase flight frequencies and explore new routes, bolstering HKIA's status as a major air cargo hub. The agreement will also focus on operational excellence, service enhancement, and talent development through local programs.
