Qatar Airways broadens its network in the Nordic region.

Qatar Airways Cargo has launched its first scheduled freighter service from Helsinki, starting 2 September 2026, operating weekly with a Boeing 777 on the Doha-Budapest-Helsinki-Doha route, offering 100 tonnes of export capacity. This service, alongside the existing passenger flights, boosts total weekly cargo capacity from Helsinki to over 170 tonnes. It enhances access to Qatar's extensive network in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. The service caters to Helsinki's strategic role in high-value cargo transport, with solutions for various commodities and regional trucking options available through partners.
