Oman Air has named Nasser Al Sharji as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Oman Air has appointed Nasser Al Sharji as the new CEO, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience from roles at ASYAD Group, OQ, and Nama Water Services. Al Sharji previously served as CEO of Transom and Acting CEO of Oman Airports, and holds an Executive MBA. Chairman Saeed Al Mawali expressed confidence in Al Sharji's ability to lead and further enhance Oman Air's position as the national carrier, following the tenure of Con Korfiatis, who will continue as an advisor. The airline is expanding its network and cargo operations, recently introducing new routes to strengthen its capabilities.
