CargoAi has partnered with Delta Cargo to enhance the airline's digital capabilities in cargo services. This collaboration will modernize Delta's online distribution, enabling real-time rate visibility and eBooking for over 30,000 freight forwarders via CargoAi's platform. Initially, users will access General Cargo and Express products in 15 markets, including the U.S. and Europe. The integration also supports allotment booking and Built-Up Pallets, improving booking flexibility. Delta Cargo aims to streamline its operations and enhance customer experiences through this strategic partnership.
