Freightos introduces Freightos AI and selects India as the initial market for testing.

Freightos has launched Freightos AI, an artificial intelligence platform aimed at streamlining freight forwarding by automating tasks, consolidating data, and facilitating quicker, informed decisions. India is the first market for its pilot program, reflecting the strong demand among Indian forwarders for technological autonomy. The AI will initially be integrated into Freightos for Forwarders and will include features like agentic AI for routine tasks, AI-assisted decision-making, and a vision for inter-agent communication. Freightos is prioritizing a selective rollout, working closely with 30 organizations to tailor solutions to their needs, emphasizing the importance of a solid data foundation for effective AI use.
