Menzies Aviation has introduced Quick Pay, a new feature on its MACH customer portal, designed to simplify cargo payments and expedite cargo release. In collaboration with PayCargo, Quick Pay enables customers to view Air Waybill charges and make payments directly, either through an existing account or via guest checkout, minimizing manual processes. This feature enhances efficiency during air cargo transactions and is part of a broader digital strategy to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness across Menzies' extensive global network.
