Riege Software has enhanced its partnership with CargoAi to improve automated airfreight shipment tracking for freight forwarders via its Scope platform. The integration of CargoAi’s CargoCONNECT Track & Trace API into Scope Airline Messaging Premium allows for standardized shipment events from over 260 airlines, enabling IATA and non-IATA freight forwarders to monitor shipments effectively. This system streamlines operations by automatically retrieving shipment milestones, significantly improving visibility and response times, and aims to reduce manual tracking efforts.
