Teleport is set to create a new cargo hub at Avalon Airport.

Avalon Airport Melbourne has partnered with Teleport to create a new operations hub, enhancing its role as an international cargo gateway. This collaboration will expand Teleport's air network, facilitating faster cargo and e-commerce shipments between Asia and Oceania. With Australia’s online marketplace sector projected to grow significantly, the hub will improve delivery efficiency for major e-commerce players, particularly from China. Teleport plans to begin operations at Avalon in late 2026, aiming to strengthen international trade connections and diversify freight capacity in Victoria.
