SAL has finalized its acquisition of Aviapartner Liege, marking its entry into the European market.

SAL Logistics Services Company has acquired 100% of Aviapartner Liege SA, marking its first operational presence outside Saudi Arabia and expanding its network to 20 stations. Valued at approximately SAR120 million (€28 million), the acquisition was funded through SAL’s internal resources after receiving regulatory approvals. This strategic move establishes a base at Liege Airport, a major European cargo hub, enhancing SAL's capabilities in air cargo handling and logistics. CEO Omar Talal Hariri emphasized the acquisition's importance in connecting markets and supporting Saudi Vision 2030's goals for global logistics expansion.
