DHL eCommerce is set to purchase Venipak as part of its growth strategy in the Baltic region.

DHL eCommerce has reached an agreement to acquire Venipak Group, enhancing its presence in the Baltic region, specifically Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This acquisition, pending regulatory approval, allows DHL to leverage Venipak's extensive local delivery network, which includes around 800 parcel lockers and services for B2B and B2C customers. DHL's CEO highlighted the growth potential in the Baltic e-commerce market, while Venipak's owner noted that the partnership will bolster their market position and create new opportunities. Post-acquisition, Venipak will integrate into DHL's global logistics framework while maintaining its brand and workforce.
