Boeing and SCAT Airlines have partnered to convert a Boeing 767-300ER into a Boeing Converted Freighter, marking SCAT's entry into dedicated cargo operations. Announced at the Farnborough International Airshow, this conversion aims to enhance SCAT's cargo capabilities and support its plans for general and express freight services. As Kazakhstan develops its air cargo sector, SCAT Airlines is poised to capitalize on rising demand for medium wide-body freighters, becoming the first in the country to operate the 767-300BCF, which can carry up to 57 tonnes and connect Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
