CAG grants contract to Nakano Singapore.

Changi Airport Group (CAG) has awarded Nakano Singapore a contract to build a six-storey office development at Terminal 3, integrating it with a renovated coach stand. This facility will provide approximately 9,600 square meters of workspace to meet rising demand from airlines and airport partners. It marks Changi's first standalone office block, featuring dedicated drop-off areas and landscaped terraces for tenant well-being. Construction will occur in two phases, with the office block set to be completed by mid-2028, supporting the airport's growth ahead of Terminal 5's opening in the 2030s.
