This facility will offer up to 105,000 square feet of customizable cargo space for single or multiple tenants, enhancing MDT's cargo capabilities to meet growing demand. The location, strategically positioned within a six-hour drive of 35% of the U.S. population, is appealing to companies like UPS and Coca-Cola. The project aligns with MDT's recent $60 million expansion and aims to support efficient cargo operations.
