Hillwood has initiated the development of the Rockford logistics park.

Hillwood has begun construction on a 334,800-square-foot logistics facility near Chicago Rockford International Airport, representing the first phase of the Rockford Logistics Park 20 project. Situated about one mile from the airport, this flexible facility is designed for various industrial activities, such as air cargo and distribution. The development aims to enhance the region's logistics infrastructure, providing businesses with improved access to major markets. Expected to be completed by 2027, the facility will support the airport's significant cargo operations, which include around 85 daily freighter flights.
