A Pakistan-registered Boeing 737 cargo aircraft, KTA1732, lost contact with air traffic control after reporting a navigational malfunction while flying from Sharjah to Karachi. The flight was reported missing 155 nautical miles west-southwest of Karachi. Communication was lost shortly after the crew reported issues, and preliminary tracking data showed the aircraft experienced significant altitude fluctuations before descending steeply. K2 Airways is currently cooperating with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority as the investigation unfolds. The airline, founded in 2018, operates a single Boeing 737-400SF to enhance its cargo services.
