Emirates SkyCargo has incorporated its first modified Boeing 777-300ER Special Freighter into its fleet.

Emirates SkyCargo has added its first converted Boeing 777-300ER Special Freighter (A6-EBK) to its fleet, enhancing air cargo capacity amid rising demand driven by cross-border trade and e-commerce. Unlike other freighters, A6-EBK was transformed from a passenger plane, undergoing significant modifications including the removal of passenger interiors, installation of a large cargo door, and reinforcement for heavy loads. It features advanced cargo systems and environmental controls for sensitive shipments. Emirates SkyCargo continues to expand its fleet, now serving over 150 destinations worldwide.
