Texel Air Australasia has secured an agreement to provide charter air cargo services from the Cargo Precinct at Western Sydney International Airport, which will begin operations on July 26, 2026, ahead of the airport's passenger launch on October 25, 2026. This positions Texel Air alongside major cargo operators, enhancing the airport's logistics capabilities. The facility is designed for 24-hour operations, improving connectivity for importers and exporters and supporting future growth in freight demand. The airport aims to significantly bolster Australia's air cargo network and overall logistics infrastructure.
