Colis Privé intends to acquire Paack in order to enhance its last-mile delivery network across Europe.

Colis Privé, a subsidiary of CEVA Logistics, is in exclusive talks to acquire Paack Iberia and Paack France, which would enhance its last-mile delivery operations in France and expand into Spain and Portugal. The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, aims to bolster Colis Privé's European delivery network and leverage Paack's technology for improved parcel management. With Paack's addition, Colis Privé would increase its workforce and achieve over €550 million in revenue, strengthening its competitive position in key European markets.
