ECS commences its operations in Lebanon.

ECS Group is set to expand its presence in the Eastern Mediterranean by opening two new offices in Lebanon on July 1, 2026, one at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport and another in downtown Beirut. This initiative aims to provide airlines and freight forwarders with a robust GSSA market presence, enhanced by digital innovation and local expertise. CEO Jean Ceccaldi highlighted Lebanon's strategic role as a trade corridor between Europe and the Middle East and emphasized ECS Group's commitment to fostering local and international partnerships to support the region’s economic growth and trade flows.
