Silk Way West Airlines has partnered with CargoAi to enhance its cargo services through digital innovation, formalized during Air Cargo China 2026 in Shanghai. The collaboration, signed by Wolfgang Meier and Matthieu Petot, aims to integrate Silk Way's cargo operations with CargoAi's platform, improving access for freight forwarders to the airline’s widebody freighter network. This initiative will initially provide better rate transparency, with digital booking capabilities to follow, ultimately streamlining the booking process and enhancing customer experience in the air cargo sector.
