The agreement includes comprehensive cargo representation, covering sales development, operational supervision, and support for both general and specialized cargo products. South Korea is a key market for Vietnam Airlines, critical for its growth strategy, especially with increasing trade across Asia. ECS Group aims to optimize revenue and leverage advanced digital capabilities, benefiting customers with improved efficiency and access to capacity. Future expansion into other strategic cargo markets is also being considered.
