CMA CGM is set to purchase Crystal Aero Solutions.

The CMA CGM Group has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Crystal Aero Solutions, a maintenance service provider for aircraft, to enhance its air freight operations. Operating from Paris and other locations, Crystal Aero offers crucial maintenance services and has been a partner of CMA CGM AIR CARGO since 2024. This acquisition will boost CMA CGM's in-house maintenance capabilities and expand its presence in European aviation. Crystal Aero will remain independent, continuing to serve its clients while benefiting from CMA CGM’s resources and market access.
