Menzies Aviation incorporates AMI into its Cargo division.

Menzies Aviation has integrated its freight forwarding subsidiary, Air Menzies International (AMI), into its Cargo division, effective immediately. Under the leadership of Beau Paine, AMI will maintain its brand and customer relationships while leveraging Menzies' extensive operational network. This integration aims to enhance service offerings by combining AMI's expertise with Menzies' capabilities across 347 airports in 65 countries. Carlos Font, EVP of AMI, will depart following a strategic review, but AMI's regional leadership will remain intact. The move is expected to strengthen AMI's position as a global logistics partner.
