TAPA EMEA and Trans.eu introduce a certified freight exchange for carriers.

The Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) EMEA and Trans.eu Group have introduced the Certified Carrier Exchange, a freight exchange platform based on verified TAPA Trucking Security Requirements (TSR) certifications, to enhance security in freight transactions across Europe. Launched at the TAPA EMEA 2026 Annual Conference in Germany, the platform aims to create a secure environment by ensuring that all participating carriers hold valid TAPA certifications. This initiative also seeks to raise awareness of TAPA standards among over 44,000 carriers and streamline the freight process while reducing risks associated with cargo crime, which costs the logistics industry billions annually.
