TCU workers come to a new agreement with BNSF staff.

Members of the Transportation Communications Union/IAM (TCU) have announced a new tentative collective bargaining agreement with BNSF Railway for employees at its Fort Worth headquarters. BNSF CEO Katie Farmer highlighted the collaboration with TCU, emphasizing their commitment to safety and operational excellence. The agreement, covering 37 employees, includes a 17.5% wage increase over five years, retroactive pay starting July 1, 2025, and improved vacation and healthcare benefits. TCU National Vice President Brian Soderstrom noted the absence of concessions and the importance of cooperation in achieving this agreement.
