GMR Airports Limited (GAL) experienced significant financial growth in FY26, with total income rising 40% to $1.6 billion and EBITDA increasing 47% to $648 million, marking its first annual profit after tax (PAT) of $49.73 million in over a decade. Key developments included winning the concession for Cargo Terminal 1 at Delhi Airport and launching Cargo Terminal 2 at Hyderabad Airport, which can initially handle 50,000 metric tonnes of cargo. Both airports achieved record cargo volumes, contributing to GAL's expansion strategy in the cargo sector.
