Alaska Air Cargo introduces a new route between London and Seattle.

Alaska Air Cargo has initiated a daily cargo service between London Heathrow and Seattle, enhancing its international freight network and linking the UK with the Pacific Northwest and Asia. Launched on May 21, the year-round service uses Boeing 787-9 aircraft and expands Seattle's connections to over 100 nonstop destinations. The airline is also experiencing increased cargo demand, including shipments of seafood and automotive parts. With plans to grow its international routes and fleet, Alaska aims to strengthen its position as a global cargo hub, especially with upcoming events like the FIFA World Cup.
