EndureAir secures $3.1 million in RDI funding for its SABAL-200 drone initiative.

EndureAir Systems has secured $3.1 million from the Department of Science and Technology's Research and Development Initiative to advance its SABAL-200 heavy-lift drone project from Technology Readiness Level 5 to 9. This funding will enhance research, technology upgrades, and manufacturing capabilities, supporting India’s goal to develop high-payload drone systems domestically. The SABAL-200, capable of carrying 200 kg and equipped for long-distance operations, aims to address logistics challenges in remote areas. Founded in 2018, EndureAir focuses on indigenous UAV solutions and expects to create jobs in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
