Qatar Airways Group reported a post-tax profit of $1.94 billion for the financial year 2025/26, driven by robust cargo operations despite global economic challenges. The airline transported over 2.8 million tonnes of cargo, capturing 12% of the global air freight market, with cargo revenue totaling $4.45 billion. CEO Hamad Al-Khater highlighted the group's resilience and strong performance amid uncertainty. Additionally, Qatar Airways is enhancing its global network and has signed agreements for 210 aircraft and 400 engines to support future growth in passenger and cargo capacity.
