AD Ports Group plans to acquire Germany's MBS Logistics for €70 million to enhance its global logistics platform and expand in key trade corridors. This purchase will grant AD Ports 100% ownership of MBS's core business, excluding joint ventures, and is part of a strategy to scale operations and manage larger cargo volumes. The deal, pending EU regulatory approvals, will integrate MBS into Noatum Logistics, boosting connectivity and efficiency in Central Europe while expanding trade lanes.
