This acquisition enhances Descartes' e-commerce technology suite by adding Sellercloud's inventory and order management solutions, which support small to mid-market retailers and manufacturers in managing multi-channel operations. The deal aims to provide customers with integrated capabilities for order fulfillment, shipping, and customs compliance, further strengthening Descartes' competitive edge in the logistics sector.
