Avianca Cargo achieved record-breaking results during the 2026 Mother's Day season, transporting over 21,000 tons of flowers and accounting for 42% of Colombian flower exports to the U.S. This season marked the company's largest performance to date, with more than 330 cargo flights operated and enhanced logistics to meet increased demand. The airline's improvements included a 20% increase in Miami's ground workforce and expanded warehouse capacities in Bogotá and Medellín. Avianca Cargo maintains significant market shares on key routes and recognizes the contributions of individuals in the floriculture sector.
