Abu Dhabi Airports enhances its cargo capabilities through a partnership with K-Mile Air.

Abu Dhabi Airports has initiated direct cargo services to northern Thailand with K-Mile Air, which commenced operations on May 4, offering five weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and two Thai airports. This development enhances Abu Dhabi's freighter network to 36 destinations amid a surge in cargo traffic, which rose from 1,878 to 2,216 tonnes daily, an 18% increase. Dedicated freighter cargo volumes increased significantly, highlighting the airport's growing role as a logistics hub. Overall, Abu Dhabi Airports reported continued cargo growth and an expanding airline network, bolstering its position in international trade.
